Please read the following carefully. If any information is incomplete the Court may dismiss your case. While your spouse's signature is not required you DO need to know where they are. There are no refunds once a file is opened with Absolute Divorce, Inc. This is due to the fact that we start working on your file as soon as possible. We are not attorneys and are forbidden from giving you legal advice. Any matters regarding alimony, child support, property division and custody issues are decided by you. Normally you will not have to appear in Court. However, the Court may call you in if they have any questions regarding any information on your paperwork.
