Some things you need to have for an Uncontested Divorce

• The current address for you and your spouse
• Valid government issued ID
• Current Telephone numbers for you
• Date of birth and social security for you, your spouse, and any children under the age of 21 between you and your spouse
• Annual gross income for you and your spouse (This is necessary if you have children or are applying for a poor person waiver)
