Absolute Divorce, Inc. facilitates Uncontested Divorces. Divorces start at the low Cost of $299.00 (plus court fees).
The fee for Divorces when the couple has children under 21 is $379.00 + Court Fees.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Money Orders and Personal/Cashier's Check (with ID) as payment.
Please note that if you are collecting public assistance your court fees may be waived. You may qualify to have your Court Fees waived if you have low income.
Some things you need to have for an Uncontested Divorce
- The current address for you and your spouse
- Valid government issued ID
- Current Telephone numbers for you and your spouse
- Date of birth and social security for you, your spouse, and any children under the age of 21 between you and your spouse
- Annual gross income for you and your spouse (This is necessary if you have children or are applying for a poor person waiver)
